Add Atom syndicate feed to RSS support

There seems to be some contraversy over the use of Atom feeds: http://zdnet.com.com/2100-1104_2-5157662.html Could an Atom feed be added to eZ Publish? Given that there are different types of syndicate feeds, RSS, Atom, Javascript, etc maybe the module needs to be renamed to something like 'syndication'. paul

There's clearly a lot of support and expansion that could be done in the way EZ Publish handles blogs, especially in terms of better syndication and customizing published feed export attributes.
