ez documentation - plz move sitemap to bottom

Hi ez crew,

IMHO it would be more user friendly if you move the sitemap which is displayed on every doc-page to the bottom of the site, so the user-comments of the doc-pages will appear after the documentation. (It's hard to scroll to the bottom at each page to look if there are additional comments.)

Yeah, we know..:-)

We'll clean up the doc pages (among other things) in January.

Thanks for pointing it out though.
