Include "Reindex for search" in admin interface

I can reindex my site because I haven't the phpr interpreter in my server (My hosting provider says it is a security question).

I think that all management's task must be executed via web interface. So, the people without access via command line (as me)can execute this task.

Please, consider include all scripts of cronjobs and update/common/scripts in admin interface.
