A tip for 3.5.x? When the cronjob runs, there are often several emails beeing sent if there are many articles recently published, and not all our users like this. Why not put this into just one email if the subscriber want to receive updates this way instead, and it can be delivered once a day. Could be an option for this in the notification system.

Hi,
the notification system supports this since 3.3, at least. You can decide to send a "weekly digest", which lists all changes in one mail.

And in 3.5, you have more options: Digests can be sent out daily, once a week and monthly :-) -paul

There isn't, I just noticed it while testing 3.5-alpha. But I think there is a forum post on this from a few months ago (or was it the summer conference?). -paul
