Update how many posts a member has

I have posted two posts now (this is my third) and in my first topic it says: "Posts: 1" (I tried to update it too) and in my new post it says: "Posts: 2" Maybe consider to do something with it? Have you tried this pragma code to use no-cache or the PHP-code? <meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache" /> I don't remember the PHP-code right now, I don't even remember if that's the right (X)HTML-code.. The problem is that generate each forum post page only when there is a new reply (the cache nabil mentioned is a ez cache on the server, not a problem of cache network related). To get the count updated, you would need to clear all the forums post where the author has replied or posted himself... and would obviously have quite an impact on the performance.
