Hertfordshire Visual Arts Forum is the voluntary organization for everyone in the visual and applied arts in Hertfordshire, England. EAB has designed and developed a new website for HVAF, based on eZ Publish 4. The website enables HVAF members to showcase their work, promote their exhibitions, and network with each other. It includes a membership management system that handles everything from membership subscriptions, participation in the annual Open Studios event to keeping track of artist's skills. Anyone interested in the visual arts can keep up to date with HVAF's latest news via RSS feeds and online newsletters.

It has just launched a new multi-lingual website (French and English), eab-france.com, to support EAB activities in the French Riviera. EAB has redeveloped the Diocese of St Albans' website using eZ Publish 4. The Diocese covers a wide geographical area in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Luton and North Barnet. The website provides text, video and audio information about the services, resources and events available across the Diocese. It also provides relevant national and local news using RSS feeds. A weekly calendar of events, modified from eZ Publish's standard calendar facility, keeps churches and individuals around the Diocese up to date with what's happening locally and at organisational level.

EAB has completed a new website for St Albans City & District Council, called Recycling for a Premier Community. Based on eZ Publish 4.0 and utilising Ajax technology, this website provides information about the new recycling services provided by the council, including an on-line search facility for residents to find their refuse and recycling collection days.

St Albans Museums Service manages the two museums, Verulamium Museum and the Museum of St Albans, the medieval clock tower, the Old Town Hall and a field archaeology unit. A completely new website has been developed for St Albans Museums by EAB based on eZ Publish 4.0. A key feature of the new website is the searchable image collection, containing over 6000 images, including photographs, prints, watercolours, drawings, oil paintings and postcards relating to St Albans City and District. The majority of these images were previously only accessible to the public by appointment.

The eZ Publish Chinese Community is for Chinese-speaking eZ Publish users to share their information, contribute on the forums, write articles and much more. There are tutorials in Chinese teaching how to set up an eZ Publish site.

Website content is available in both simplified script (as used in mainland China and Singapore) and traditional script (as used in Hong Kong and Taiwan).

The goal of this community is to gather together Chinese-speaking eZ Publish users in the greater China region to exchange ideas, news and to share contributions.

The community was set up by Enterprise AB Ltd's Chinese office (www.eab-china.com). It was approved by eZ systems as an official eZ Publish community.

Everyone is invited to register and to contribute in Chinese, either by joining the discussions in the forum or by writing an article.
