Successful since 2008 as a measure to direct speech by creative people and opinion leaders from the scenes of German cities, Mobile Sessions has been realigned for the year 2009. Out of the highly competitive music sector to a field that requires a much higher degree of involvement and reflection. The fine arts.
In the first step of the revamped website, creative minds from all over Germany were in demand to present and describe their cities visually/in a visual way at www.mobile-sessions.com. Whether architecture, mentality, culture, gastronomy or celebration: Every single way represented its own charm.
For this kind of portrait of a medium it was necessary to retain their freedom of choice, such as photo, video, screen or graphic design. In the middle of June the uploaded works of art competed in the mobile-sessions battle. The site is thus an interaction platform for the consumer. The winners were exposed in two exhibitions in Munich and Berlin.
After the successful Battle of the Arts mobile sessions is starting the next phase: The Word-Battle is looking for the best short story entitled "City Talk".
The site is supported by a networked communication concept that completely exploits the new opportunities. A viral spot was released in collaboration with a renowned director, which has been scattered into various portals. In addition, a separate blog, profile pages on facebook and StudiVZ, various collaborations and advertorials in online media, poster and placement of advertisement in the media trend were created. Direct communication with heads of the scenes, communication via art blogs as well as traditional media work bring down the communication mix to a round figure.
Some of the technical features in the site included are: eZ newsletter integration, blogs, videos, battle-system, RSS-Feeds, community-features and much more.
The projekt Mobile Sessions was implemented with eZ Publish by Okapi GmbH on behalf of haeberlein & mauerer ag for sony erricson. For the technical implementation Okapi GmbH was again greatly supported by all2e GmbH.
