3.2 setup database initialization problem

i've tried to install the 3.2 beta 1 and get everytime the message "The database would not accept the connection, please review your settings and try again.".

i changed nothing since the 3.1 b2 installation, so i dont know what i'm doing wrong.

i checked the debug output, it says:
