Add extra treatment on content/collectinfo

Hi there,
i'm running ez4.0.3 and i got an extra customer request:
I need to do some extra treatment when user submit an information collector.

How can i add my custom code nicely?

i searched for a "collect_information_handler" as for content/edit but no luck this way
