Hi Björn,
Not sure what you mean by the extension translation. Would you care to elaborate?
Sincerely,
Eirik Johansen

referring "string"|x18n
sample
with ezlupadte you are able to create translations of extensions...
the translation files are placed in e.g.
extension/myextension/translation/ger-DE/translation.ts
those files should be used to translate the templates from your extension
I wasn't able yet to get it working

I've also created an extension including a translation which I can't get to work. I'm using the i18n operator, however, since the x18n is deprecated since v. 3.2 (http://ez.no/community/news/ez_publish_32_beta_1_released). Still can't get it to work though.

I thought the x18n would be a feature ;-)... and nothing deprecated LOL
but still nobody that has done it

Hi Bjørn.
I've had the same problem. I have an extension called arkiv. The translation for this extension is placed here: extension/arkiv/translations/nor-NO. I'm using the i18n - operator. The reason my extension-translation didn't work was this:
In settings/override/site.ini.append.php, this line needs to be added:
[RegionalSettings]TranslationExtensions[]=arkiv
Then it worked fine for me :-)
Hope this solved your problem as well.
Best regards, Christian Lundvang
