In eZP 3.9.4 and 3.10.10 there's a bug in template block caching. When you use subtree expire in a cache block, the cache for that block doesn't get cleared when an object in the apropriate subtree gets published. This bug was reported several times, and it has been marked as fixed in eZP 3.10.1.
Since my site uses template blocks with subtree expiry on some important places it essential to me to have this bug fixed as soon as possible. So I would like to know when will eZP 3.10.1 be released?Or where can find some patch to fix this in my eZP 3.9.4?

P.S: I CAN'T upgrade to eZP4 because I have PHP4 on my server and it won't be upgraded to PHP5 soon. So I'm really stuck here...

It's the same in 4.0.0, but I didn't know 3.9.4 was affected:http://issues.ez.no/IssueView.php?Id=12175&activeItem=1

Yes, it is affected. And it seems like the fix is made in eZP(3.10.1) which is not yet available. Where could I find this version, or at least the patch to fix this bug?

I think he wants the one that fixes his bug:http://pubsvn.ez.no/nextgen/stable/3.10/
This is svn version of 3.10.x, this is where all the fixes for the 3.10 branch go.
