Create a simple form

Hi,

i have created a new class with the field 'coord_x', and i want to make a simple form like this, in order to modify the field 'coord_x' in a node :

<input type="hidden" name="ContentNodeID" value="187" />
<input type="hidden" name="ContentObjectID" value="190" />
      
<input type="text" value="" id="coord_x" name="coord_x">

</form>

but it's doesn't work...
can you help me ?
