I have had a look at everything in detail now and here is the current situation. It seems that the previous workflow groups have been deleted from the system through the ez admin interface. However, I suspect that this did not delete the actual workflows and events associated with the workflow group, as members posts still go through the ez approve event. I presume what i need to do is delete the existing (hidden) workflows & event that are causing the problem.
Does anyone know are these workflows and events are stored in the database. If, so what table are they in and is it safe to delete them manually? Can i turn of ez_approve events/collaboration globally so that no ez_approve events / collaboration occur?
I would appreciate any suggestions that you may have.
