Editor problems - headings

We often notice a whitespace between content in the editor.

Sometimes where users have had headings, and removed them in the editor, and you disable the editor and watch the code, you can see that the tags are still there.

Think this only is the fact with headings in the editor. With the other editor-functionallity, all the code is removed when removing the text from the editor.
