Hi folks,
I want to get my site from 2.2.x to 3.x. On summer conference Jan Borsodi told me that there were some scripts and stuff to do this, where can I find them. Please advise.

Cheers,
claÜs

Hi Claus,

Check Wenyues importscripts :
http://www.ez.no/developer/ez_publish_3/contributions/import_script_for_data_import_from_22_to_31

Actually during our work migrating our site(s) to eZ 3.x Wenyue has improved on the article migration, adding importing of article comments. We will also have functionality to migrate several sites into one site (we currently have 3-4 eZ 2.2 magazines which we want to "merge" into a multi sectioned magazine instead).
Additionally the script will hopefully also convert old urls to articles and store them in the new Alias functionality of 3.2. ..

I hope Wenyue will post his modifications here when they are done. (Some time next week I think?)

cheers

Thanks for the tip!
However when I try to run the scripts I get errors:
Starting User import

(include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in <b>/opt/ezpublish/importscripts/importuser
.php</b> on line <b>6</b><br />

<b>Fatal error</b>: Undefined class name 'ezmodule' in <b>/opt/ezpublish/import

Seems pretty hardkoded against a user/share/pear folder. So I guess I have to install pear to run it? Does anybody know?
