Hi,

Is there a way to adding a new link type to the OE. Currently we have a need to add "unc" to the link type which will allow a clients local intranet access files on other servers..

I've added the unc value to the "linkType" dropdown but somewhere eZ or the extension keeps on inserting http://sites_url/index.php/admin/content/edit/..../unc\\link-to-file
in front of my url value...

where do i need to change this so it stops rewriting my url???

please any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Fabricio

Hi,

Can somebody in the ezCrew give a helping hand with this?

Basically what I'm need of is to add another Link Type on the OE. The new link type would be unc which will allow users to access files on local intranet. Every time OE keeps on adding http://site_url/index.php/node/..../

in front of my link which basically makes the link not functionable.

Any ideas where i need to hack so OE would stop re-writing my link?

Regards,
Fabricio
