The siteaccess where you use the editor should be in French. in settings/siteaccess/your_site_acess/site.ini.append.php you should have a section like
[RegionalSettings]
Locale=fre-FR
ContentObjectLocale=fre-FR
SiteLanguageList[]=fre-FR
TextTranslation=enabled

This simplest to do that is to define some available CSS classes for headers in settings/override/content.ini.append.php and then in the Online Editor, you can do a right clic on it, select "Propriétés" and choose the CSS class for the element that will be applicated in the site. See [1].
