How can I modify the "review" ?

The problem I have is that when I make a review I the stars indicating the conclusion of the review is not correct. The lowest grade gets two stars and the highest grade gets 0 stars. I would like to correct that behaviour and aditionally add the possibility of not assigning any stars if the product is realy bad. Can anyone pointme in the right direction to look at this issue? Hi,
