Inquiry form not submit...

I have a content page with added the inquiry page as a attribute of the content page. But when I submit the page without filling required fields it shows the error messages. The action url is www.mysite.com/content/action.

But when I complete the form and submit I didn't get the confirmation page and the email.

I would appreciate your help.
