need an urgent professional help with newsletters..

Hi All,
i need an urgent professional help with newsletters..
- i tried the steps in the link..

but still exist some problems..no buttons and can't see the list of users

to send them my newsletter..

- some other forum said that using notifications and events will be

helpful..but actually their documentations(notification & events) are still

not available online..
+ i use ezpublish 3.3-3 it has no notification package..

i've been really searching a lot for a way to do my newsletter..and i need

to make them urgently..

so can anybody give me a trusted way and follow some steps..to make it on

ezpublish 3.3-3..(coz i'm still new to ezpublish..)even anyway to send an

email to the users and customize that mail by myself as if it is a

newsletter..
