OE and links problem

How can i make online editor stop changing email address from test@test.com to <link href='mailto:test@test.com'>luis.munoz@justlanded.com</link>
The problem is that i use a customized autolink to protect emails inside xml fields. The solution of manually remove links from the right menu or disabling editor and manually remove links is not valid, and the editor will change it back to links if you click near the link.
I've checked the javascript and can&acute;t find where is changing emails into links. If one of the activeX controls is makeing the changes, is there any parameter i can send to disable the conversion? The code examples link for the control from msdn is broken and i can't find documentation on it.
