Point to an object by URL (main node)

If I use an url like
http://www.mysite.com/siteaccess/content/view/full/354
I can view directly the node ID 354. Is there a similar way to view the main node of an object getting the OBJECT ID?

You can also use this for objects.
The node displays the list of objects in a view related to that object(depending on what you have chosen to show in the template), and it also show's the current object for that node (main object).

This will work if your object got a full view template:
http://www.mysite.com/siteaccess/content/view/full/objectID
