Possibilities of collaboration?

Hello All,

I'm having the following questions:
- How good is the collaboration-feature in ezPublish.
- What are the problems the I will probably face in understanding and using collaboration
- Is there more to it then "Approval"? Kan people really collaborate over an item like a forum-discussion or?
- Is this feature, unlike the pdf feature in ezpublish, ez customisable?
- Is it possible to be 2nd in line of approval? So, the for instance the article gets moved up the ladder, where every step to the top is a new approval and finally the Webmaster looks at it (aside from the moderator), so the webmaster doesn't have to deal with spam etc.
- Are there new collaboration features being developed/planned, or?
