Relative search at website interface in 3.9

Could anyone help me plz?

I tryed to set the search toolbox at top menu at the website interface to include relative search, but nohting happens in ez 3.9

I tryed by the models, but nothing...

anyone knows how can habilit the relative search at 3.9?
