Smile FCKEditor : problem with html tags

Hi,

i want to use the extension Smile FCKEditor, i have installed this on my server, but i have some problems with tags :
- ezpublish delete the <br> and <p> tags in firefox2 and IE6 (when i want to go to the line...)
- ezpublish give an error for the <u> tag (when i want to underline the words...)
- ezpublish replace the <a> tag with the <link> tag (when i want to put a link...)
- ezpublish replace the <em> tag with the <emphasize> tag (when i want to put in italic...)
...

why it makes this ?? and is it possible not to do that ?? is it possible to change this ?? in which files ??
