As announced earlier during the eZ Conference 2010 and the various eZ Publish Fuji events (Oslo, Paris), developer preview releases for the next generation eZ Publish APIs are also be made available.
Note: a newer version of the REST Interface preview is available. See the blog post about REST preview 1.2.

I think instalation guide could be more detailed, because it's an advanced extension... I don't know how to register oauth client, there's Endpoint URI... I don't know what's that... And I don't know what to do after that...

A nice discussion is currently happening on IRC with Thiago.
I'll post an up-to-date documentation tomorrow as it seems there are a few things that aren't clear, as well as a few details that were left out.
In the meanwhile, since the example on gist requires PHP 5.3, I have posted a non PHP 5.3 version of the example: http://gist.github.com/603241.

There is an error on the mysql insert schema: Double quotes are used in ezprest_token table fields, instead of none of all or grave accent marks. It causes a syntaxis error, some difficult to detect.

Sadly these resources have not been updated in quite a long time so they may be old resources and different than the code released as part of this preview release...
