I tried to install an eZ Publish site with eZFlow. After install a clear website with the plain site package. I installed more package: ezflow_extension (1.0-2), ezflow_classes (1.0-2), ezwebin_extension (1.3-1) for creating a new eZFlow from the beginning. However, when I try to create a frontpage in content structure, I always get the error: Fatal error: A database transaction in eZ Publish failed.
The current execution was stopped to prevent further problems.

The current transaction ID is TRANSID-4b440afd46d4b33dc3c8b3a53cfb48c1 and has been logged.
Please include the transaction ID and the current URL when contacting the system administrator. The TRANSID is change everytime I create the new one. But after the error, I see that the new node was created. However, the new node is showed in Sub Item windows, but not in content structure window (left panel). I'd just add some frontpage for some folders inside each frontpage, for example:
root is frontpage: shows information from other sources. I swap the default root (folder) with the new frontpage node (when create this node, I got the same error above).
