testing xmlwash

Hello,

I've installed the xmlwash extension.
I use the xmlwash operator on user's comment which are displayed on my website.

How can I be sure it works well?

I tried to enter new comment like "<img src="google.com">" or "<script src="">" but the result is the same if the xmlwash extension is activated or not (I made those tests on a local copy of the website, using wamp).

What do you think about that?
