Admin not working when logging in from a Different IPs

Hello,

I am currently working on an ezP installation v3.10. I have worked on it in the past but it has been roughly 6 months. When I attempted to login to the admin (which has worked fine in the past) from my home IP (and not the network of the company who owns the server that hosts the installation), I experience the following problems:

- I see only a portion of any node's sub items
- I do not see the admin boxes for Debug information, or Cache Management
- Upon selecting a node to edit, instead of bringing up the content visible in it's display mode it comes up empty

I have checked with users still on the company's network and they do not experience these problems. Is it possible someone has tripped some sort of blocking by IP? As I mentioned in the past I have not had these problems with this installation, and no one seems aware of what changes have occurred since I last logged on to the application's admin.

I tried following the advice detailed here:
http://issues.ez.no/8514

But could not find any offending entries in the ezurlalias table.

I would appreciate any help or guidance in this area.

Thanks for you time,

Duffy Walsh

Are you sure you are logging into the correct admin siteaccess? As in /plain_admin instead of /admin - this sounds like that (I normally delete the /admin directory after installation because of confused users since we always use an alternate siteaccess).

Thanks for replying. That was it. I had forgotten there was a subdomain set up for admin and as a result i tried hitting /admin.

Thanks again.
