Content structure tab - treemenu is gone

Hi,

from the content structure tab the whole treemenu is gone. It only shows home. I'm logged in as admin.Version is 4.0.1.
Any hint where to check and what to try might be helpful.

Quite old ezp version, so this may be completely wrong, but...
While playing with the latest jQuery 1.4.4, I experienced something similar since 1.4.4 broke the treemenu's DOM traversing.
