Download doesn`t work.

My class contains file field allowing user to upload demo for his band. When I navigate through the site to that file trying to download, --> 404 - file not found appears. Behavior is the same with both user and admin role.

But why it cannot be found?

Is there any script available to check database integrity or something else I should do, because I`m out of ideas what could be a problem.
