I just know a little about programming and linux system administration, at least right now.
ez's community support seems to be active but not as active as other popular open source like phpbb, etc. I understand ez's paid support must be very reliable and may resolve any ez related questions. But I cannot afford the price for support, 139+ USD per hour, that's too much for me (because I don't think even ez crew can resolve each specific issue in one or two hours, so, the final price ... ...).
So how about ez community support's reliability (especially for non or very limited technical background users? Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
Thanks & Cheers

You could always try the partner list for another level of support.
The problem with the forums is that you are not guarenteed a reply.

From my experience, the ez crew is very efficient in resolving issues and answerng support queries. With a limited technical background, an extra effort will be required to explain you what to do though.
The price is high indeed, but the ratio quality/price too.
