how to recreate image aliases after changes in image.ini?

I have changed image.ini file.
New uploaded images are resized using new settings, and old images remain the same size, until i reupload image.
I tried to edit/publish node without reuploading of image - it does not help.

It looks for me like a bug, because i had no such problem on ez 3.9 -3.10.
