I need help
1. what i have to do for my powered ez website send email for the users? 2. then which part from admin interface i will use to send email(or newsletters) for the users?3. is it possible to program the system to auto send news letters periodically?

You have several options in realising this. You may take one of the below which suits you the best.
1.) create the mailing list by setting up the build-in Notification system. 2.) Use the extension mailing list pubsvn3.) create your own cronjob
