Heyy.. is there a possibility to make a folder hidden? the problem i have is that.. i have a lot of articles in my dataBase and i need to make for each folder a new Folder called"The current shown articles" and just show in the main page of the folder the articles that's in the "The current shown articles"..the problem is.. i fetch for a node that's having many children, and get their titles and put them in a tree in the left hand side(at the site)..so when i fetch he gets also the folder called "The current shown articles" which contains copies of some of the articles.. which is not required...
so how can i make the folder "The current shown articles" hidden.. or not to be shown when i fetch, knowing that the size of each folder children changes from one folder to another...
if anybody have another solution other than making the folder hidden,i'll be thankful..
sorry for the long question...:( i just wanted to express myself..hope anyone can help..

The way I've done this is to add a switch matching on node_id, and simply having an empty case on the correct match. If I understand your problem right..

What about adding an extra attribute like a checkbox to your articles which flags them for display on the main page of your folder?

hii Paul.. if i understand ur reply right... can i make an attribute for whole folder, and give it a flag whether to be shown on the site or not??! and how can i do that?and do i have to put that flag afterwards for all folders!!
