Online Editor - bold text

Hello

I've got some problems with Online Editor :(

In administration area (plain_site_admin):
I put some text to editor and make it bold (using icon on menu) and save changes.
If I come back to OE and try to edit text, it is still bold. So all is ok.

In user area (plain_site):
I see text on web page but without italic or bold. In debug mode I see that eZ Publish use
/design/standard/templates/content/datatype/view/ezxmltags/text.tpl instead of strong.tpl.

Do you know what is the problem?
