can't log in to admin 3.7.0 fatal error

Hi I was able to log in to admin a few days ago but it shows this error now.
Fatal error: eZ publish did not finish its request

The execution of eZ publish was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.
There is no debug output below.
The program was loading so slow when I was editing so I have been overwriteing all the files useing fpt program to try to fix the problem thinking that some of the files may be missing.I would do a complete reinstall if I knew how to save all my work . But I don't know how to save it and then add it back.I am only learning how to do things and when I try to follow the upgrade instructions I mess it all up.I really don't want to loose all the work i've already done but now I can't even get in admin to edit and the way it was it was too slow to edit anything.My server meets all your requirements but I can't install an accellerator unless i get a dedicated server which i can't afford.Please help me fix all these problems but logging in would be a great start.

You need to enable debug in site.ini in order to actually see the error messages.

However, it sounds like your php timeout is set too low. Try setting it to 30 seconds.

Also, what version of eZ are you upgrading to/from?
