I have five sites, with five domains. I want to have one backend to administer content for all sites. Content will go in all or some of the sites.
Any ideas?
If eZ can't do it, does anyone know of another CMS that will?
THANKS!Kathy

Hi,
it can be done perfectly with eZ. Creating multiple siteaccess one for each of your domains, all of them sharing the same database. Also, if you need to apply view restrictions you can manage it with sections, roles and policies. Hard to explain, but easy to implement.
hth!

I think that you are looking for "IndexPage" option :http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_9/reference/configuration_files/site_ini/sitesettings/indexpage
With only one instance, you just have to create X subfolders under your root node (node_id=2) and then configure one siteaccess for each of this child. In each site.ini.append.php, just add :
[SiteSettings] IndexPage=/content/view/full/YOUR_SUB_NODE_ID
And then , you can have 1 admin instance for X sites. Of course, it means than all your sites are on the same server, but you can always use a cluster server configuration.
Hope this helps...
