Enabling WebDav

Hello,

I followed the instructions described in the following article:
http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_8/features/webdav/setting_it_up

but still cannot access WebDav.

Is there any other article on the subject with examples that will permit to set up correctly the environment ?
