ezpublish 3.7.0rc2

Hi I installed ezpublish 3.7.0rc2 today as I had a problem changeing pages with ezpublish 3.7.0rc1 that works fine on the new version.But I added some links under link and the link part doesn't display on page, so link doesn't work. Plus up the top of my page where my site name is, this is there as well. TMPGEnc DVD regist code . When you click on this it takes you to other sites. Is this meant to be there. How can I remove it and make the links work as well.

Thanks For Your Reply.Can you tell me where I need to go to edit this.I've looked everywhere to do it and can't find it.I don't know how this got there as I didn't add it.

I Don't know how it got there either I had Never seen that site before but how do I fix it is the Question.I lost all my work putting this version on because I put a clean install on and I don't want to loose it all again.I am only learning how to do things but have a long way to go.I really need help with this though. I can't find it anywhere its not in index php that is where I thaught it would be.
