Generate static cache

Hi all

I try to generate static html pages with the makestaticcache.php -f command

I change 2 configuraion files :

settings/override/site.ini.append.php : I add

[ContentSettings]

StaticCache=enabled

I create a staticcache.ini.append.php in the same directory

But when I launch the makestaticcache command nothing is created

no static directory ! nothing nada :-((

Where is the mistake ?
