Hi Karen, Learning eZ Publish is usually a bit longer than getting acquainted with other solutions. This is mostly due to the furnished set of features available, making it a very thorough tool...yet having a flat learning curve in the first weeks. In other words : it is not time for you or your developer to give up, on the contrary. Try out picking tutorials from the "Learn" section. Also, you should extensively use the online documentation and similar resources (check all right-column link on this page : http://share.ez.no/download-develop ). Should the need for trainings become urgent, you should get in touch with eZ to benefit from professional training services, or, should remote training solutions not be an option, maybe rely on an almost-local partner : https://auth.ez.no/partners/worldwide_partners/(country)/Mozambique Also, feel free to introduce your developer in here, that is also the place where she can get help!
