Installation didn't work - Zero sized reply

Hi,

after unpacking the archive and setting up the mysql db as stated in the installation manual I startet the index.php for setup.
It went through till the registration of the site to ez.no.
Right after that I always get the error "Zero Sized Reply" back with no URL given ( [no URL] ).
I tried a second installation in different directory and it is the same.
Oh, I am trying to install ver 3.2.1
Everything else is installed newly (php, apache and mysql)

Any ideas?
