Issue with fresh install of EZ 4.1

Hello,
Trying fresh install of the *ez 4.1* choosing plain site form the Site Package everything works smooth, If instead I choose website interface 1.40, or ez flow 1.1.0 the system do import the packages but during the last step of thew installation I get:

Fatal error: eZ Publish did not finish its request

And installation crash with any trace on logs,

I'm running, Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) DAV/2 SVN/1.4.2 PHP/5.2.9-0.dotdeb.0
php pear, ez components installed, 256MB on php

Once installed with plain site, as I get in admin panel I notice the ezwebin in not actived on extensions, I try to enable it and I get:

That sounds as an ezcomponents issue? right?

My fault, the update of EzComponents was the problem,
Now everything works like a charm,
