Problem installing Ez publish 4.4 community

Hi,

I have been using Drupal user and I have just decided to check out Ez publish (just out of curiosity). I am trying to install the newest version (version 4.4). After the first screen in which I choose the installation language, I get the following message:

Fatal error: eZ Publish did not finish its request

The execution of eZ Publish was abruptly ended, debug information can be found in the log files normally placed in var/log/*

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Hello,

I would enable the php.ini setting.

display_errors = On

I would do this so I could see the real error occurring during your installation setup.

Let us know how well you are gearing-up on eZ Publish. As you could see the forums are generally pretty helpful (try using the search function to check whether a question you would have was already replied in the past).
