The following errors appeared:

Hi!
I have exactly the same problem. Only difference is that it's another file that's causing the error.
I get about 50 of these:Notice: Undefined property: SubstituteOutputChar in ezpublish/lib/ezi18n/classes/ezcodepagemapper.php on line 93
and one of these:Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in /home/urost/public_html/ezpublish/lib/ezutils/classes/ezsys.php on line 438
Any ideas? Why eZ doesn't like Slackware? :(

These are all old warnings that should have been fixed a long while ago. Please upgrade to 3.3-6 or later, and if that doesn't fix it file a bugreport in our bug system please.

Greetings
Does anyone have a clue on what's causing this to happend: in the summary of the installation of ez publish, it says ----------------------- System: OK Image system: ImageGD Mail: SMTP Database: MySQL Language: eng-GB eng-GB eng-GB eng-GB eng-GB eng-GB eng-GB Site: Plain -----------------
and the language count just keeps increasing on every page I go through.. looks like it's doubling itself on every go-thru and that slows the entire thing so much, that the system just cant perform an installation properly. And believe me, there's enough time to go through the processes with bunch of memory available. In the HTML source of the page I see repeated <input type="hidden" name="P_database_extensions-found[]" value="mysql" /> <input type="hidden" name="P_database_extensions-found[]" value="mysql" /> <input type="hidden" name="P_database_extensions-found[]" value="mysql" /> and some other data has been repeated endlessly as well <input type="hidden" name="P_regional_info-languages[]" value="eng-GB" /> <input type="hidden" name="P_regional_info-languages[]" value="eng-GB" /> <input type="hidden" name="P_regional_info-languages[]" value="eng-GB" /> <input type="hidden" name="P_regional_info-languages[]" value="eng-GB" /> Doesn't seem correct to me, please help. The system is running RH 9 with Apache 2 and MySQL. THANKS!!

Went around the problem by copying the HTML source from that very last page before the installation is done and removing those copy-tags... Then I used that page that I created manually, to do the installation :) Thank god there's always a way around...
But if someone knows what caused this re-entering of those hidden tags, please reveal the secrets...
