3.4 -> Cannot change template priority

Hi all,

I cannot figure out if this is a bug in 3.4, my installation, or if I'm just doing something incorrectly. If I attempt to change the priority of a template, it simply will not change.

For example, lets say I want to create an override for a full view. I go to: Templates -> /node/view/full.tpl -> Create New. Then I create my new template and put some code in, and end up back at the Templates -> /node/view/full.tpl and see my new template at the bottom of the list. Changing the priority to "1" and clicking "Update" will cause the page to reload, but my template is still at the bottom of the list (priority "21" for me). Trading priorities with another template doesn't work either (i.e. I make my new template priority "1", and change the template with priority "1" to "21").

The rest of this install of 3.4 seems to be working properly, but I guess I cannot rule out an installation problem.

Any ideas?
