Db problem i faced after upgrad

Dear Developers,
I faced some problems afetr upradding or in my way to upgrade, I was running 3.3-3 then i moved 3.3-4 then 3.3-5 actuall ythe db only have minor changes n these 2 upgrades. then i moved to 3.4.0 and i Found that DB is having a problem inone of the tables information where i can't even view via phpmyadmin on the server.

Do Any body know how to make sure that file works fine,
it is called ezapprove... in the past i haven;t had any important approvement to be done
only one editor for the Web site. So do any one have any clue about how to fix that ?

NOTE: the OLD DB of version 3.3-5 is having the same peroblem by the same table

Hi John,

did you make use of the update-scripts, too. Putting the upgrade-sql-files into you database is not the only thing that has to be done for upgrading the database. Refer to this document to see what has to be done for upgrading eZ publish 3.3.5 to 3.4.0:
