eZ Flow Content Shuffling not working

Mark Emms	Thursday 09 April 2009 7:18:31 am eZ P 4.0.3 with eZ Flow installed. Using the standard global zone that is in the default setup the content does not shuffle. 3 articles selected in a 3 Items (Manual) block with the shuffle box ticked and a 5 minute interval selected. Notifications are running so it seems that cronjobs are running fine. cronjobs.ini.append.php in the settings directory of eZ Flow extension is there and points to the correct place. Any ideas?!
