My preferred browser is Opera, booth because I really like it and because Opera has got a reputation for following the W3C recommendations.
I was somewhat surprised to see that http://ez.no/developer/reference_list/misc
isn't display properly with Opera 7.21, on
Mandrake 9.1, Qt library 3.1.1, KDE 3.1.0.

sits on top of an image. Anybody that can tell me what is causing this? It displays as it should booth in Konqueror and Mozilla 1.3.1 (Linux). I am not a web-designer by profession, just an engineer that needs to design and maintain a few relatively simple sites, in a Linux environment. Having fiddled a bit with eZ I am starting to believe I could probably learn how to use it, in a relatively short time. However, before I make a decision I want to make sure the sites I design follow the W3C recommendations and that they are viewable also by older browsers. Anybody that could enlighten me a bit on this subject, or alternatively refer me to such information? Thanks in advance.
